Create new loyalty card

This guide will help you set up a loyalty card for your customers in a few easy steps. Follow these instructions to create and customize a digital loyalty card with location-based notifications.

Step 1: Basic Information

  1. Enter Card Details

    • Card Name: Enter the name of the loyalty card. We recommend using your business name (e.g., "Rewardly Coffee").

    • Bonus Program: Define the bonus offer for customers (e.g., "Buy 5 Coffees, Get 1 Free").

    • Expiration Date: If applicable, toggle on the expiration date and select the expiry date from the calendar.

  2. Upload Company Logo

    • Click on "Choose file" to upload your company logo. This logo will be displayed on the loyalty card.

  3. Select Card Language

    • Choose the preferred language for the card text from the dropdown menu.

    When done, click "Next step" to proceed to the design section.

Step 2: Card Design

  1. Card Background

    • Choose a background color for your loyalty card to match your brand.

  2. Sticker Count

    • Set the number of stickers required to complete the loyalty goal. Use the slider to select the desired number (e.g., 6 stickers).

  3. Upload Stamp Image

    • Click on "Choose file" to upload an image that will serve as the stamp for each purchase. This image will appear as customers collect stamps.

    Once you’ve customized the design, click "Next step" to proceed to the notifications setup.

Step 3: Notification Settings

  1. Enable Location-based Notifications

    • Toggle on "Notification on location arrival" to send notifications to customers when they are near your business location.

  2. Set Notification Text

    • Enter the message you want to send to customers upon arrival (e.g., "One stamp closer to rewards! Rewardly coffee is just around the corner.").

  3. Specify Location

    • Enter your business location (e.g., Bratislava, Slovakia) to trigger notifications.

    Click "Next step" to move to the confirmation page.

Step 4: Confirmation

Review all the details you’ve set up for your loyalty card. Ensure that the card details, design, and notification settings are correct.

Once confirmed, you’re ready to launch your loyalty program!

Accessing the Loyalty Card

Customers can add the loyalty card to their Google Wallet or Apple Wallet by following the instructions provided. This allows them to track their progress and receive notifications on their smartphones.
