The Customers Dashboard is where you can manage and view details about the customers enrolled in your loyalty program. Here’s a quick guide on how to navigate this section and understand the information displayed.
Log in to your Rewardly account.
In the sidebar menu, select Customers to open the Customers Dashboard.
The dashboard provides an overview of your customers, including their contact details and registration dates. Here’s a breakdown of the information displayed:
Email: The customer’s email address, which can be used for identification or direct communication.
First Name and Last Name: The names of your customers for easier recognition and personalization.
Registered: The date the customer registered in your loyalty program, which helps you track customer engagement and longevity.
