Accessing the Scanner

  1. Navigate to the Scanner tab from the main menu.

  2. The Scanner page will activate your device’s camera, enabling it to scan loyalty cards.

How to Use the Scanner

  1. Scan the Card Hold the customer’s card in front of the scanner. The scanner will detect the card automatically, and you’ll see the customer’s details on the screen.

Step 2: Adjust stamp count

  1. Viewing Customer Details After a successful scan, the customer’s information, including their loyalty program status and current stamp count, will appear.

  2. Adjusting Stamp Count Use the slider to set the number of stamps you want to add to the customer’s card. After setting the count, click Update Stamps to apply.

Step 3: Next customer

  1. Success and Reward Notifications

    • When stamps are successfully added, a confirmation screen will display.

    • If the customer has reached the maximum number of stamps, you’ll see a notification indicating that the stamp count has been reset to 0, and they’ve earned their reward.

  2. Navigating Between Customers

    • After updating stamps, you can either:

      • Tap Next Customer to proceed to the next scan.

      • Tap Return to Previous Customer if you need to make changes to the previous entry.

Important Notes

  • Ensure that the scanner has adequate lighting for accurate card detection.
